Wow! I had a little extra time 2night so I decided to scrap!! it goes much faster when you use someone else's kits instead of making your own. LOL!

Christmas Tree Topiary

I designed this topiary with pictures of my sister and her family. I made the ornaments to use as gift tags on the presents I sent them – since my youngest nephew is too young to read, I thought he would enjoy the gift tags. The tags turned out so cute that I had to find a way to use them in a design.

On the train at MOA's Park After Dark

I tried to get some cool shots of Lynn & the boys on this train ride - but this was the trip when my camera died so I didn't have much luck. Intead, I took this shot of the train in motion and added Lynn & the boys from another picture where they were sitting still. It's not exactly "realistic", but it does look neat!

Remembering Dad

If you've visited my page on myspace, then you've seen this collage before. I was cleaning out my email account today (it fills up SO fast) and came across some old notes from my dad...it made me feel a little closer to him. I'm finally getting over my depression and I am able to think about him w/out crying. That is such a blessing because there are so many memories.

This one's for mom!

Feeling a little nostalgic today so I worked on a picture of Mom and I from one of my bridal showers. I'm off to a girls night in with some friends...have a great weekend!

Camera Blues!

So, as life generally goes...my camera went kaput while I was on VACATION and most of my photos were awful. The shutter started to go out on my 2nd day with my sister and her family. By the end of the trip, every picture I took had way too much contrast and all these white lines running through them. I was so disappointed. This photo could have been one of the best pics I’ve ever taken of my sister and her kiddos...but instead, it was a mess. I tried making it look better with a few photoshop tricks – here are the results. Not too bad hugh? It helps that I had beautiful scenery and picture perfect models!

Well, now it’s time to go camera shopping. I guess I can’t complain too much…a new toy is always fun! ;o)
