What a Cutie Pie!

A friend of a friend had a can on her desk this week to collect donations to help raise money for her daughter’s athletic club. I saw this darling picture of this little cheerleader and just couldn’t resist making a poster to help her out….not to mention emptying the change from the bottom of my purse into her can! ;o)

A gift for Ashley

I scrapped this page for my friend Ashley who just bought her first home. This is such a big accomplishment and I am so happy for her. Way to go Ashley!

The papers are from my Little Bird kit and the sequins, wire and binder clip are from my Embellish It ~ Metal Odds and Ends kit - both available at Scrapper's Zone!

New Lay Out

I've been working on a new kit and trying to catch up on scrapping some layouts, so I haven't blogged in a few days. Here's a LO I finished today. I scrapped this pic of Gab at my friend Yvette’s baby shower in April....she looks thrilled doesn't she? lol. I completed this LO with my portion of the Music Team Kit available at Scrapper's Zone. I’m working on a few other Los, but they aren’t ready yet - I'll share them you soon.

We're expecting bad weather this weekend - ok, not as bad as the people close to the coast, but lots of wind and high rains…I can’t wait. I love a good thunderstorm.

It’s been 7 years since the attack on the World Trade Center in NY. Please don’t let this day go by with out a quick prayer for everyone who was affected by this tragedy. They say time heals all wounds, which is a good thing…but we have to work hard to remember the past and to learn from it.

More Freebie Fun!

Looks like I'm on a freebie roll lately! ;o)

Welcome to the Scrapper’s Zone Goth Teen Kit Blog Train! This month’s team kit at Scrapper’s Zone turned out so well, we decided to share a little bit of it with all our loyal fans! Some of us designers made brag book sized quick pages out of the kit and we’re giving them away…

Here’s my portion – click here to download it. Scroll down past my preview to find links to all the blogs where you can pick up more Goth Teen Quick Page freebies.

Stop by Scraper’s Zone to see the full kit and check out our other kits while you’re there.
Don’t forget to stop by the other blogs to grab more quick pages. We're all in different time zones, so if you don't see the links first thing this morning, check back later. Freebie Friday Fun!

T.G.I.F.F! Welcome to Freebie Friday – today is an exciting day for me! I‘ve got 2 new products in my store at Scrapper’s Zone. I’ve been working on Guitar Angel and Little Bird for a long time and they’re both finally ready! This is the perfect weekend to launch them because we’re having a Labor Day 50% off sale so you can grab both these mega kits for half off through 11:59pm on Monday, 09/01/08.

Here’s a great LO I made with Guitar Angle. I think this captures my niece, Olivia perfectly!

And because I’m so proud of this kit and this LO, I’ve got TWO freebies for you today. The first is a personal use brag book sized quick page of this awesome layout. You can grab it here.

The 2nd freebie is a commercial use photo template. This style is SO popular right now. I absolutely love the way these templates let your photo become part of the title. Grab this freebie here.

Don’t forget to leave me some love if you download my goodies.
Have a great Labor Day weekend!

Grocery Store Sign

I received this in one of those email "forwards"…I usually just delete them with out reading them because there’s just not enough time to read every single joke or chain letter that comes through. Anyway, I am glad I read this one because this sign is SO funny. I hope you all get a good laugh from it as well!
